LES MILLS BODYPUMP

The ultimate barbell workout! We've got all the important muscles covered, and we guarantee you'll be feeling the burn. Focusing on each of the major muscle groups, sculpting your legs, chest, back, shoulders, and abdominals. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, this class gives you a total body workout.

LES MILLS BODY BALANCE

A unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Develop flexibility, core strength, and harmony through controlled breathing, concentration, and purposeful stretches. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises as you strengthen your entire body. You will leave feeling calm and centered.

LES MILLS BODY ATTACK

A dynamic fitness class suitable for all levels, blending athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Athletic exercises to energising tunes to build cardio stamina, strength, and agility. Ideal for developing overall fitness and a perfect prep for sports like rugby, tennis, or running.

LES MILLS BODY COMBAT

A fiercely energetic cardio workout inspired by martial arts. Visualise your opponent and unleash dynamic fight combinations focusing on speed, power, and endurance.Punch, kick, and move to powerful music as you achieve great cardio fitness and agility. The workout concludes with strength training, ab work, and a well-deserved stretch for your hard-worked muscles.

LES MILLS RPM

A dynamic indoor cycling workout where you manage the intensity, burning up to 500 calories per session. With energetic music, your instructor will guide you through hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding, covering approximately 20km of terrain.You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

LES MILLS CORE - VIRTUAL

Strengthen core muscles, improve stability, and boost endurance for enhanced balance and injury prevention. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class incorporates resistance bands, weight plates and bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Also, targeting hips, buttocks, and lower back, it's a comprehensive, efficient workout. All exercises have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness.

A quick and intense style of cycle training designed for rapid results! A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. MAT PILATES

In this mat-based pilates class, the emphasis is on enhancing strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Through slow and controlled movements, each session aims to harmonise the strength and flexibility of all muscle groups, with a specific focus on challenging the core. This adaptable workout can be modified to suit any age or fitness level.

STRONG NATION

STRONG Nation integrates bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training, synchronising each move to music for motivation. Tone arms, legs, abs, and glutes through a mix of explosive moves like high knees and burpees, alongside isometric exercises like lunges and squats. Frequent changes in music and moves keep you consistently challenged in each class.

H.I.I.T

High intensity interval training is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & use multiple muscles groups to get maximum results in a short amount of time possible. It consists of quick bursts of intense work followed by short intervals of rest. H.I.I.T combines functional training with equipment to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. This high-intensity workout style is designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

BOOTCAMP

Engage in a high-intensity, military-inspired workout targeting your entire body, emphasizing agility, cardio, strength, and endurance. Experience varied and unique Boot Camp sessions with alternating high and low-intensity exercises, including free weights, plyometrics, cardio, and balance work.
