Our fully equipped gyms cater for all levels of gym-goers from the novice through to the advanced.

We are the only gym in Taranaki offering more than 80 Les Mills and freelance group fitness classes per week with live instructors or virtual programmes to motivate and guide you. We have classes available for all levels of fitness and strength, from low impact to high intensity we have something for everyone.

For your on-site convenience we have personal trainers, Fit3D body scanner, physiotherapists, a massage therapist, nutritionist, hair salons, beauticians, and sauna. For further information please visit the websites for each gym location.

Our memberships offer 24-hour access across three locations, including all classes. We offer different membership terms and payment options as well as casual rates and session passes. Please view membership details through the location sites or pop into one of our branches and speak to our team.
