For the many years of being a Personal Trainer at Rampage Fitness not a day of it has felt like “work”. Exercise has always been a big passion of mine, not only do I thrive on the endorphin boost after a great session but also the mental clarity that is gained through movement.

In 2017 I completed my Stott Pilates Intensive Mat course and have been instructing since then. I have always enjoyed the thoughtful process of Pilates and the importance of the connection between the mind and the muscle. 
Following this in 2021 I completed my Reformer Instructor training through Reform Fitness. I have really enjoyed merging and developing my skills within strength training through the use of the reformer.

I specialise in strength training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and pre/postnatal training. I believe it is so important to challenge the body in different ways, which is why I always include a wide variety of exercises in each session.

As a busy Mum of little ones exercise is my outlet to get out of my busy mind and into my body. I believe movement truly is medicine and I am so passionate in helping others improve their overall health and well-being in a fun supportive environment.

Reformer Fitness Certified training module 1
Stott pilates intensive mat certified
National certificate in fitness level 2 & 3 - Skills active
