Sean Dowling

Having been a PT since 2006 it would be fair to say that I love my job, and as a result have helped a diverse variety of people from all ages and walks of life with different challenges. I am a big believer in having good life balance and try to live my life to reflect that, and train my clients the same way. 
Whatever your goals are I feel it is important that I meet you where you are at and guide you from there as we are all different, with different challenges, and understanding this helps me to help you get to where you want to be. 
On the floor I believe in making sure you leave your workout, and the gym, feeling better than when you walked in and will train you according to how you feel that day, while still keeping your goals at the core of what we do. I'm also a big fan of having fun while we are at it so expect some banter and the occasional bad joke or one liner to be in amongst it all! 
Outside of the gym I am Football mad, love spending time with my young tribe and enjoy Mountain Biking, cooking, cocktails, professional development and hanging out with friends and whanau amongst other things.
