North Class Description
TONE - Be strong. The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body, and pushes you to the limit every time.
REBOOT - Be unstoppable. A blend of functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multijoin exercises that simulate movements people do in life. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Strength & Stretch - Feel Balanced. A unique blend of Pilates and balance exercises. A great class to recover the body and the mind.
H.I.I.T - Rapid results. A workout that may change the number of exercise stations, the work/rest ratio and/or the number of repetitions through the “Exercise Circuit” each class. Designed for all ages and fitness levels to strengthen and condition the body.
BOOTCAMP - Challenge yourself. These classes are high intensity, military inspired sessions aimed to work the whole body! Bootcamp will emphasise the fundamental principles of agility, cardio, strength, and endurance.
**Classes are free for members or $15 for casual non-members and take place in our Studio**
