Movement gives us the freedom to live the life we want. My goal is to help you build that freedom through confidence in movement and strength.

After living with chronic back pain for much of my adult life, I became a Personal Trainer to better understand my own body and learn how I could help it heal, strengthen and keep moving. What I’ve learned through that process now allows me to help others do the same. For me, it’s not about finding a perfect body or perfect movement. It’s about understanding where you’re at, identifying what we can improve and continuing to move the needle.

Whether you’re walking into a gym for the first time, returning after an injury or simply finding that everyday movement isn’t as easy as it used to be, I’ll meet you where you’re at. Together, we’ll build strength, improve movement and work towards making the things you enjoy doing outside the gym easier.

I’ve spent nearly 30 years training and teaching in martial arts, which has strongly influenced how I coach. I enjoy helping people develop a better connection between their mind and body, becoming more aware of how they move, which muscles they’re using, and how small adjustments can make a big difference. The better that connection becomes, the more we can get out of every movement.
