I help women get strong and move well without pain, especially if you're starting over, coming back from injury, or have never felt like the gym was built for you. No ego, no jargon, no boring routines you'll quit in three weeks.

I've spent over 15 years in fitness, from bodybuilding to adventure racing, and I've learned that the people who stick with it aren't the ones with the most willpower. They're the ones who find training they actually enjoy and who feel safe enough to keep showing up. That's what I build with you.

I also know what it's like to struggle. Fitness is what got me through my own body image and mental health challenges, and it's why I take the whole person seriously, not just the workout. We'll work on moving without pain, building real strength, and helping you trust your body again.
