It has helped me overcome body image issues and mental health challenges. Transitioning from conservation to personal training, my dedication to helping the community is deeply rooted.
    I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel confident and empowered. My focus is on helping you understand your mind-to-muscle connection, ensuring you get the most out of your training.
    I will support you on your fitness journey by incorporating a fun and holistic approach to wellbeing. This includes proper nutrition, emotional awareness, regular exercise, respecting our environment, and spending time with loved ones.
